At Dark Goblets, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, personal preference, or simply no longer wanting the product.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email darkgovlets@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first and receiving instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
